St. Patty's and Mama Jill Steals the Show!

For playgroup this week, we did a St. Patty's Day theme.  I made hats for all the kids to wear and they were so good about wearing them.  Emma did
take Foster's off for him, so nice of her.  They didn't even seem to mind wearing them...for the most part.  And what cute little Irish babies they are indeed!

St. Patty's Day weekend we also got a visit from Mama Jill.  Unfortunately, Papa Jack had to stay home and work.  MJ and I took Foster to lunch on Friday at Cafe Caribou (a favorite spot of ours)  We sat outside on the patio and the weather was perfect!  80 degrees with a strong breeze.  Foster was a little gentleman, sitting in a highchair and enjoying his own personal entree (Thanks to Gerber!).  Wh=e finished dinner and headed dowtown to the park to have a go on the swings.  To our surprise, the Catholic School was having a carnival at the park.  The music was a bit loud, but we did a loop around the perimeter and then headed back home.

The next day, we realized that Foster was getting his first tooth!  His left front tooth was breaking through the skin!  FINALLY!!!!!

That afternoon we attended Dean Legidakes and Kate Orr's wedding...congrats guys!  The ceremony was at a gorgeous Catholic Church in downtown Jacksonville.  Daniel was a swordsman as the bride and groom left the church and he was the chosen sailor to "tap" the bride, Kate, on the toosh!

The reception took place at the Jaguars stadium...very cool, but to be honest, without Garrard as a Jag, it just wasn't the same!

We spent the night downtown and had our first night away from Frr Bear.  Neither Daniel nor I worried at all, as we knew Foster was in the best hands!  It was so nice to have a night away.  Of course we looked forward to sleeping in, but our bodies are just set to a natural clock as many people's are.  We were wide aawake at 7 am.  Oh well, maybe next time.

Thanks again, MJ, for your help!  It was wonderful having you here, as always!!!
