Did anyone besides my sister place that quote?
With the holidays coming, everyone should know it. It is from a favorite movie of ours...Holiday Inn!
Anyway, Foster and I traveled to Connecticut to stay with our friends Sondra and Harper in Noank and visit my grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousin. We spent 5 days visiting the sights around Noank, including Mystic and Madison. We even spent a day shopping in Hartford. Foster made his first friend in Harper and they got along so well. Harper was so cute because all he wanted to do was touch Foster, especially his face. He was sweet to him and even helped take off his socks for him at bedtime. We went to the apple orchard to take the boys apple picking, but since the 85 degree weather apparently followed me from Florida to CT, our day adventure ended before it started with a whole lot of sweat. However, we did get some cute photos!
Foster met his Great Grandparents, Gigi and Granddaddy and spent some time with his Great Aunt Wendy, Great Uncle Vinnie, and Second Cousin, Jessica. Of course everyone was in love with him, just as I am!
We look forward to making another trip up north this spring with Mama Jill! Thanks Allen family for having us!
